The service will be charged according to the rates stated in our official pricing portal here.
Payment amounts quoted are in Malaysia currency and include Malaysian Sales and Services Tax (SST), where applicable.
Lorry135 has the absolute right to revise the prices of any fees without giving prior notice.
Lorry135 reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, as follows:
• For order, base fare will be charged if a User cancels 20 minutes after being matched to the Driver and/or after the Driver arrives at the pickup location.
• For Driver who is on the way to order destination: Driver will call to confirm the order prior to departing. If delivery is confirmed with the Driver then and a cancellation happens after the scheduled time, 25% of the order fee will be chargeable to the customer.
• If the Driver finds default during pickup, a base fare will be charged to the User for breaking the terms and conditions. Lorry135 will assist in communicating the charges to the customer on the Driver's behalf.
Once a vehicle type and starting point/end-point has been entered into the app / website, it will provide users with the delivery price. By confirming the delivery request, you accept to pay the delivery price quoted while being aware that additional charges may be imposed according to pricing portal.
The user shall pay the participating Drivers in E-Wallet immediately when due, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If any of the parties does not agree with the charges,Lorry135 Customer Service must be contacted prior to payment to the Driver.
Lorry135 has the absolute right to revise the prices of any credit packages or credit amount/limits where applicable without giving prior notice.
Any application/request for service is subjected to availability of resources. In the event any application submitted is not processed, Lorry135 shall inform the User by email at the email address specified by the User.
Lorry135 shall process the application/request for top-up only after the User's Payment is cleared by the bank appointed by Lorry135 and upon approval by Lorry135.
Lorry135 reserves the right to refund to the User the equivalent sum of amount paid in the event Lorry135 for any reason is unable to process the application/request of Packages/Fees.
Credits sold are not exchangeable, returnable nor refundable.
No hard-copy receipt will be provided. An electronic receipt will be automatically provided only upon request after completion of an order, sent to an email address provided by the User with the activation of “E-Receipt” toggle in the mobile application.
If you have deposited delivery credits in Lorry135's E-Wallet, you are not allowed to cashout the credits under any circumstances.
Nothing in this terms and conditions shall require the mover to perform pick-up or delivery service at any location from or to which it is impracticable, through no fault or neglect of the mover to operate vehicles because of:
• The condition of roads, streets, driveways or alleys;
• Inadequate loading or unloading facilities; or
• Riots, Acts of God, the public enemy, the authority of law, strikes or labour unrest the existence of violence, or such possible disturbances as to create reasonable apprehension of danger to person or property.
There are a number of prohibitions for the use of Lorry135 services. The following cases are specifically prohibited:
• Hunted animals; part of animals such as ivory, shark fin or other items which are made or processed from animal parts, including other items which are not for human consumption and prohibit items according to treaty and/or applicable laws and/or custom of every country;
• Human organs, ashes, bones;
• Firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, ignition equipment of all kinds such as gunpowder, etc.;
• Illegal items such as counterfeit or pirated products, illegal drugs or addictive substances, illegal property or any materials which are against the laws, regulations or rules stipulated by federal, state or local government of every country,
• Sharp or hazardous objects such as knives, swords, spears, daggers, etc.;
• Flammable materials of all kinds such as LPG, NGV, etc.
Lorry135 provide ONLY for lorry services. Any goods during pickup and after delivery will be handle by the User own manpower. Pick-ups and deliveries shall be made between 0800 - 2000 hours local time unless special arrangement already been made and agreed upon for timing beyond previously mentioned time. Appointments shall be made at no charge.
User shall not booking the lorry that exceeds its capacity nor shall the Driver accepting it vice versa. If either parties breach the conditions, Lorry135 will not held any responsible for any risk occurred.
Driver shall ensure the lorry for pickup are bonded and shall not be liable for late deliveries or unkept appointments due to circumstances beyond Driver’s control such as but not limited to weather and traffic conditions, store loading and wait times, customer special requests, and other unexpected barriers to loading or unloading. Driver shall arrives maximum 3 hours after booking match. Goods will be delivered maximum 24 hours for local and 36 hours outstation.
Driver assumes no responsibility for insuring or otherwise providing for clearance of lorry through or inspection by premise’s management. Driver is not responsible for the application for entry permit into pickup or delivery premise if the management rule and regulation require entry pass or permit to be applied beforehand. Mover or party in possession shall not be liable for loss, damage, deterioration of the goods or delay in delivery due to the process for management clearance or inspection.
The rates named herein include pickup or delivery at all points within the limits of the cities, towns, villages and other points from and to which rates apply, but each booking will include only pickup and one delivery unless special request are made and the additional charges is agreed upon.
Driver shall allow (one) hour of waiting time both for loading and unloading to begin. Such time shall commence from the time the Driver arrived or from the time the Driver was requested to wait for loading or unloading to start, whichever is later.
Please ensure that you (User) have packaged and clearly marked any fragile or valuable in a manner adequate to withstand the risk of damage or deterioration while in transportation, loading and unloading. User shall be responsible to ensure the goods for pickup are in good condition. Driver have to make sure the goods are in good condition during pickup. Once it is confirmed, the Driver will deliver the goods and shall be his responsibility to take care of the goods. Lorry135 shall not be liable for any loss/damage to these goods arising out of or resulting from your failure to perform such obligations.
Lorry135 will not be liable for any damage, loss or deterioration of goods unless clear and prior notice was given or there was negligence/recklessness on the Driver’s part. Notice of damage must be given to us within 1 hour after delivery/job completed. It is mandatory that photographic evidence of the damage is provided thereafter via email to lorry135.careline@gmail.com. The compensation that can be granted will be capped at up to RM500 maximum or minimum 25% of the booking value across all items transported or whichever is lower. These compensation will be fully covered by the Driver.
We will examine any defects of your item prior to the loading of your items for transportation, hence we will not be liable for any unnoticed defect that is not informed by you.
When your goods are transported or moved for the purpose of transportation, any risk (including accidental loss, destruction or deterioration) (“Risk“) shall pass to you as soon as we have delivered the goods to the assigned mover. As part of Our value-added Services, We will assist in ensuring the highest level of care is administered while handling and transporting your goods but we cannot accept any liability arising therefrom.
The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or part of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Services (unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing by Lorry135) and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings (whether oral or in writing). Except as specifically set out herein, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, no information of any nature about the Services or any of these Terms and Conditions should be relied upon unless confirmed in writing by Lorry135.
The failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
